New old stock still performs great
1 of 1 found this helpful Works great so far - had it about 2 months. This was "new old stock." The player was made over twelve years ago! All that sitting around seems to have be OK on the components. The up-resing is awesome, the picture looks great ! Has made my X-Files DVDs look extra good ! Was a super bargain too.

A necessity of suburban life !
1 of 1 found this helpful Phones sound great to me. My main love affair comes from the noise-cancelling, which helps me so much in dealing with this noisy world. I wear them for noisy stuff that I do, like running the blender, or leaf-blowing, and I also wear them to help muffle the neighbor's super loud kids, lawnmowers down the street, the highway traffic noise nearby, etc. Really a great piece of kit. On my walks, it help create a nice quiet bubble to enjoy my tunes in. I even bought a 2nd pair as a backup in case my 1st ones get messed up, or discontinued. I can't imagine flying on a plane without them; the 25's make the airplane noise so much less stressful. And yes, I do have sensitive ears, so these phones really help me out. The battery (1 AAA) lasts a fairly long time. The volume control on the cable is handy with my iPod. And I love how the cable is removable, since I often use the phones without music. Lastly, I feel the quality is high, they are super comfortable and they look really nice. Thus, I'm very satisfied with mine!
And no, I don't work for Bose. Lucky for us, some products in this world are indeed actually great! To quieter world... cheers.

Quiet and comfort sums it up. Plus, good sound.
Great sound. Very comfortable. Seals well around ears. Excellent looking product, seems well made. The best aspect for me is the noise cancelling feature, which works very well, especially with steady background noises. Wish it worked better with the dog barks and noisy kids from next door, but helps a lot with lawn mowers, traffic sounds, distant leaf blowers, etc. I really like these! Hope they last.
