hard to install, failed soon

The range extension promised never really materialized. Had this installed a floor from the wireless router and it barely increased the range. With the drop in data transmission, it was more like a wash as to which sender to use, the router or extender. VERY DIFFICULT to set up. The online instructions are at times confusing and ended up being over an hour of hit and miss attempts until one of the methods tried repeatedly worked. Unit failed after just two months of use. Saw a gradual decrease in range over a couple weeks period and then it would not recognize the router unless in the same room. Landfilled it, and that is where I believe all of these units belong. Spend the extra money and just buy a better router.
