Lightweight And Powerful For The Size
I purchased this garden tiller/cultivator because some of the reviews from older women said it is lightweight and easy to use. I'm over 70 and inherited arthritis from my Mother but love to garden. I have a 20x40 vegetable garden plot in my back yard surrounded by plants and trees to attract pollinators and a front yard with all types of perennials and annuals that I add plants to every year. In other words, more work. This little tiller is perfect for weeding and created new garden beds. It's 6 inch deep capacity is totally adequate. I wouldn't risk using it in hard packed soil so I cannot vouch for it's success rate there. It's made totally of hard plastic hence the light weight. The battery life first use was over 60 minutes and recharged within 1 hour. All good things about the item. To be sure, this review is for the Earthworks model # TC0020IT. Have fun with it.
