Difficult to program.
Not had a lot of time to get them activated, but so far the local locksmith was not able to. His "software" said he could, but when he tried, he could not. When time permits, I may have to go to the Cadillac dealer to see if they can make them work. Never thought it would be so troublesome and time consuming. When I purchased the vehicle (used) there was only one original fob and it showed a lot of wear. I thought it would be a good thing to have two fresh and working fobs going forward. So far that has not been possible. The vehicle is a 2004 Cadillac SRX. Am I doing something wrong? There is perhaps a different explanation. Appreciate any input.

Bought for future need. May not use for years. The vehicle is already 17 years old.

Ready to use.
Though a used auto part it was is excellent condition, free from scratches, dents etc. Perfectly ready to mount on the car. Although I don't need to install it at the moment, it is comforting to know I have a fairly hard to find part in stock....just in case.
