Absolutely Wonderful Guitar
2 of 2 found this helpful What if you could get a first quality archtop guitar from the ‘30s or ‘40s and you could get it for a bargain in pristine condition? What if it had a quality p90 pickup with tone and volume pots? Well, in a lot of ways that’s what you’re getting with the Godin 5th Avenue Kingpin. Only better. There are things that make those guitars worth a few thousand dollars—the sound, the looks, the rarity of models left in great condition, the nostalgia... But the Godin has features you can’t find on any of them—the computer aided design of the placement and tapering of the braces, the perfectly shaped thin cherry top with matching cherry sides and back, the neck stretching the fretboard all the way to the neck pickup but the neck suspended over the body to allow more of the top to vibrate with the sound, and a few dozen other features. The Godin guitars are made in Canada in a shop that’s careful with quality control and made by true artist luthiers. This beauty plays wonderfully and is a perfect fit for many kinds of music; blues, roots, country, jazz... I can’t imagine this guitar being any better.

Too Small and Flexable
When I purchased this it was listed as a hard case for an AR15. It isn't. My AR only fits in when I remove the scope and the magazine. Then I have to store the scope and magazine elsewhere because the case won't close at all when they are fitted into the gaps next to the gun. Even then the normal width of my gun and the small size of the case make the seams gap. It is too small in all three dimensions; it needs to be longer, deeper and wider. My AR15 is the smaller carbine length, I don't think a rifle version would fit at all. I thought I was getting a bargain, but the lack of functionality means this is no bargain at any price.

Great little harp
I decided to write this review after seeing a review calling this harmonica “unimpressive” and “shrill”. I’ve actually found it to be the opposite. The notes are as clear as a bell, not the least shrill. This is a small harmonica with a big voice. It is the harmonica I carry with me everywhere. I was surprised that 6 holes were sufficient to play the majority of songs I want to play. The reeds are easy to bend and they stay in tune. I do not doubt the claims that these stainless steel reeds will last longer than those of standard bronze, as claimed. This is not a miniature harp that is a novelty—it is a short harmonica that is easy to hold and use hand effects. I have no use for the lanyard, I just cut a leather sleeve to fit and carry it in my pocket. It’s always with me and always ready.
