  I feel the item description was not accurate though I do not believe it was intentionally misleading. This locomotive appears to have been modified from a powered to an unpowered unit. One of the trucks is not even attached to the locomotive. The visual condition of the locomotive itself is very good. I should be able to make some repairs and make this work but it cannot be used in the condition it arrived in. The price was fair considering the condition.
