GOOD BUT NOISY
2 of 2 found this helpful For the £20 it cost me I have no real complaints about this product and if you can take the bad points into consideration then I'm sure you will be satisfied with it also!
GOOD POINTS
Cheap to buy.
Lightweight and very portable ( can be set up virtually anywhere around your pond).
Easy to assemble (no qualifications needed, a child could do it tbh).
Surprisingly powerful for what it is (produces a satisfactory air flow given its size).
A good length of cable from the solar panel to the air pump.
6ft of air tubing for each outlet.
Air stones and all tubing come with the product so you can have it running straight away (depending on the weather).
BAD POINTS
Very noisy (measures may be needed to combat the noise from the Air Pump, wrapping it in something or simply hiding it under an upside down plant pot is not good enough, and will need something with considerable noise canceling capabilities to remedy it fully).
Uneven air flow to the stones if they are set at different depths ( you really have to have them at the same depth to get maximum performance from both air stones, I just loosely tied mine together, obviously this does not apply to a single outlet system).
Clear bright blue sky really isn't enough (It may work but at a very slow reduced rate, light grey conditions and below I have not seen it function in at all, a little bit of sun and it jumps into life, full sun equals full performance).
Not good in water over 3ft deep ( It didn't seem to perform well around the 4ft mark, wasn't producing the finer bubbles that are needed, still works ok but I defo think its more suited to 3ft maximum depth, I have mine in 2 1/2ft and its great).
SUMMARY
It is good value for the money, the bad points I mention can be combated if you wish to do so, so I don't feel like they are a real issue/problem with the system in general (at no point does it claim to be silent lol) and you may find that the noise is tolerable to yourself.
I really like this product and would recommend it to anyone (pointing out the above to them obviously) it does its job and does what it was designed for well in full sun, I never expected miracles from a 20 quid air pump let alone a solar powered one but what i did get was a nice surprise with how well it can work and I consider it money well spent!

Total Quality
Reluctantly paid £18 for this hose connector after much deliberation, so glad I did as the quality of the product is far superior to any other I have had! The flow control knobs turn with such ease making them a dream to turn and are big dials making them ideal for people with arthritic hands or similar imo, the connection to the tap itself is very secure,
Its hard not to enthuse about this product and its build quality compared to various other connectors that are much much cheaper which have fiddly little flow control dials that are so stiff to turn you just know you will break them!
I can see no bad points to this product and with that said the only thing left to say is "you get what you pay for"

Awful construction makes it useless!
DO NOT BUY THIS HOSE TAIL, the way it is made totally defeats the objective it serves!
All the measurements on the outside are fine 20-38mm but the inside is a different story, upon sawing off to the correct mm required it revealed that the plastic on the inside is molded so thick this it reduces the inner diameter by at least 9mm thus effectively destroying the whole purpose of what its needed to do.
So you want to put a ( for example) 25mm hose on your hose tail you would expect an inner diameter as close to the 25mm hose as possible but with this product the reality is you are getting a 16mm inner diameter if not less! It truly is the worst hose tail I have ever purchased.
