Excellent display replacement for a really great price!
2 of 2 found this helpful This is a great replacement LCD display for the iPhone X. Follow the repair guide at ifixit and you can replace the display in about two hours. Patience is needed for working with the very small parts and applying heat is your best friend for softening the adhesive. A large magnifying lamp would help a lot. The screws are very small, and do not overtighten them. The color temperature is a little more blue than the original OLED, but not by much. The image quality is superb and the display is very bright. The TrueTone feature is lost with a display replacement, but even if Apple uses an OEM OLED display, the TrueTone feature is lost. Must have something to do with the original hardware display being 'married' to the main logic board. Same reason why you have to transfer the original earpiece and sensor array from the old display to the new display to retain FaceID. It is a perfect fit to the body of the iPhone X, and the only way you would know if the display was replaced is if you looked for the missing TrueTone setting.
