    Needs sims & technical support. NOT ‘turn key ready’
    Needed a sims card, didn’t come with one & no mention of needing one. Cannot get it activated. Says I need to connect to iTunes to finish set up but doesn’t give any options for connection. Not user friendly. Very frustrated. Beyond that the products looks and acts brand new.
