  Through no fault of the vendor I have been refunded for this item as their courier company Evri, failed to deliver the product to the correct door. The photo, to prove delivery was not my door and I’ve knocked on my neighbours doors, thinking they might have my parcel and, not a trace. I’ve also contacted Evri. Only managed to chat to a bot so far. I’ve urged the vendor and, recommend to all, don’t use Evri. Their delivery men are notoriously incompetent or just don’t care where your parcels go.

  When the package arrived one of the jars was broken. I contacted the seller who immediately dispatched a replacement which arrived a few days later. All in all, great service. The jars are perfect for what I wanted and great price.

  Delivered today by the ever reliable courier, 27/3/25, good comms, a quick dispatch and receipt tracked to my door by courier updates, packaged well but bag the stand was sent in was torn or ripped upon delivery, exposing stand, no way the fault of the courier, know the courier well and and he delivers it as he gets it. 2nd stand ordered at the same time yet to be received, still in transit. Expected any day now.
