    Product advertised as, "Genuine Honda". Received a cheap aftermarket part with a fake Honda label on it. Confirmed the label was fake by scanning the barcode, which returned, "12345678". Also purchased the part directly from Honda and compared. I've included photo evidence. Seller accepted my return at my cost to ship. Bottom line is, seller tried to scam me and only gave a partial refund. Also refused to admit the part was fake. Awful seller, should have selling rights on eBay revoked.

    Hi Alexander Brush, sorry for your revengeful feedback! We are not sure of validity of your name. Obviously you try to defame our product and service with a fake name. We told you our products are genuine OEM instead of Honda original. If you sincerely told us you need genuine Honda part, we will suggest you buy directly from Honda factory. It is not we fool you, but you deliberately pretend to be fooled given you sound like an expert. You rack your brain to trap us hoping our store was revoked

    Hi Eduin, what a hell! We feel terribly sorry for your abrupt, untrue and malicious feedback or commentary here. Just mins ago, you send us some photos, claiming the photos can prove that we sent you used ones, which really wronged us. Why should we do this? It is impossible for us to survive here if we sell used or defective ones. As a small business dealer, we can't grow up without integrity and honesty. Please tell us how we are supposed to tackle this issue on friendly and mutual respect.
