    Received wrong plate, supposed to be open emblem, but was the circled emblem. Only solution offered by seller was to take 20% off because I had already mounted the wrong plate on our new car. I did not even realize it was the wrong one until I stepped back to see how it looked. No damage, scratches nothing on the plate, never even left the garage. Should have been happy to exchange the plate since they made the mistake, but this was their only solution. I will not buy from this seller again.
