  I messaged the seller about how the envelope that the card was supposed to be in was damaged and opened upon arrival and provided the picture to the seller stating that I’d like a refund and received no message back. I understand the card was opened/damaged by someone at usps and the card was taken. I never received the card and only received what was left of the envelope. This honestly could have been avoided with better packaging rather than an envelope that says “fragile” on it.
