PROBLEM: Slugs & Snails.
SOLUTION: Take one wooden spool, cover it with copper tape.
Use 4 x spools as legs for yard long trays, thus elevating trays beyond
of slugs and snails who will not cross the copper tape, or indeed any form
of copper. Old gardener's trick and now 2016 solution.
I would rather do this as no slugs or snails are hurt in the process. Slug pellets kill s & S but also
harms birds.
