  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT USE THIS SELLER. Trust the other neg reviews. They are slow to reply, have poor communication and even poorer customer service skills. They sent my item to Pennsylvania and I live in georgia! They blamed the carrier instead of taking responsibility for them packaging the wrong item with the wrong label. They would not take any responsibility for their mistakes. They said they cannot offer me a partial refund bc they lost too much _ from their mistake. Do not buy !!

  Once we discovered the issue, we immediately negotiated with the buyer to reship the item. We also explained in advance that we could not provide overnight delivery and the buyer accepted the reshipment. After reshipping, we provided the buyer with a new tracking number for reshipment, but the buyer then demanded a partial refund as compensation. I really don't know what to say. We lost the goods, paid for shipping twice, all we got in return was a negative review that twists facts.
