    BEWARE! Poor shipping, even poorer customer service, Notified seller of damaged item and destroyed box right away and all I got was a, 'my bad dude I told UPS store it was heavy and thats how they boxed it'. ADVERTISED as rare and discontinued and shipped it like it was worthless. Seller gave zero cares about how it ended up here or how it arrived. I wish I could give a more negative review. Ebay tells you to wait for the seller to resolve it and they dont care at all

    I did reply and mentioned to the customer that the box was packaged at UPS, , now f the box in transit is mishandles thats when the customer can reach out to UPS and file a claim with the them, the item is chip resistant, , also on the picture the UPS did follow my instructions as on the box it shows the stickers fixed on the box specifying fragile, , for the purpose that this is a Kettlebell that weighs 36lbs , Onnit who produces these chip resistant Kettlebell, customer refused to call UPS,
