Received disk pretty quickly, have not yet tried it out
This rating is only for the receipt of the dvd. I have not yet had an opportunity to try it out. I will update once I'm able to check the disk.

Un-inspiring
2 of 2 found this helpful The recipes themselves could be great, I'm just not inspired to try them. There are only a handful of pictures that aren't even correlated with the recipes that they are showing. For people like myself who are very very new to low carb cooking I would not recommend this book.
The book needs to either state it's for seasoned low carb cookers or provide photos for the recipes to inspire you to want to try them. I think most of us that do buy cookbooks really appreciate seeing a photo of what the recipe should look like.
