Bosch oxygen sensors are bigger and bette made overall.
My old oxygen sensors were better made by Bosch, bigger and quality made. These oxygen sensors work but are NOT made like the originals by Bosch. They do not appear to be able to last more than 3 to 5 years at the very most. But they do work.
