An efficient squeegee
I find this squeegee the best one I have tried for the shower. I have one for each hand to get cleaning-up done more quickly! It has a softer blade than most so I find it very effective.

Extra fiber
Fybrogel provides extra fibre, which is helpful if your system is sluggish for any reason. Drinking extra water during the day as well compliments the action of the Fibrogel. It's better not to take it later in the day if you are not very active after that last meal because it stops it working properly and can block the system. Also if you go away or out for the day it can be difficult to take the second dose.
