So far so good!
Shipping was very fast. Units are now installed in our home and working great. We paid a licensed HVAC technician to install them and still saved close to $5000 from what we were quoted by local companies had we not sourced this equipment ourselves. They run very quietly, which we were very happy about having installed one of the heads in our master bedroom. Will likely update this review a year from now once we see some longer term use and a few new power bills. We were heating solely with electric baseboards before so we're expecting fairly significant savings.
Update: Have been using this for a year now. In the first 12 months of use, we saved $1200+ on our utility bill. We have electric heat and this has been way more efficient. We've been using the dry mode instead of AC, because we've found it sufficient for cooling where we live. We've also been using the app, which was updated during this time and is now much more user-friendly. Definitely recommend giving this brand a shot, I've had 0 concerns so far. We'll see how it holds up in the years to come!

Solid board for the price
I bought this board for taking my 4 year old out on the water with me. I love mostly everything about it. It’s a great size for the two of us, deck is grippy enough. It feels very solid at 14-15 PSI, it hardly feels like an inflatable to me and I’m 6’ and 200lbs and always have a 40lb child with me.
There are some minor downsides, which I’ll try to describe in detail. I don’t think they’re anything that would deter me at this price point.
It came with the Sports III paddle, which is just okay. It’s shaped well and feels good, however the shaft isn’t tight enough when extended so it’s easy to accidentally shorten it or rotate the handle while paddling.
The other downside is the plastic adjustable piece that holds the included front bungee on. Just throw it away and tie it in a nice knot and you’ll be better off. Otherwise it’s quite unreliable, it came apart during our first trip out.
The pump is fine but doesn’t feel like it’s up to the same quality level as the board itself. I won’t be too rough with it.
A nice to have: more handles. There’s only one handle on the entire board, and it’s a large board. My kid has good balance and doesn’t need to hold on often, but it’d be nice to see some extra handles on it anyway.
Some minor improvements would make this a solid 5/5. But for $600 CAD (all duties and taxes included), I am quite satisfied with the board. Hoping it holds up well in the long term!
