A videophile/audiophile unit a catagory above the "big box store" equipment
1 of 1 found this helpful This "special edition" player is no longer current but I chose it because it contained the primary desired features - all region BD & DVD, with (additionally) very high performance analog audio outputs - and without the additional involvement of online streaming which was not needed. I haven't tried it with a Brazilian format disc (which uses a strange hybred of PAL/NTSC) but "usual" discs play superbly. Audio CDs will be reproduced with exemplary detail over top-end loudspeakers which maintain high phase precision through their crossover regions. Setup is quick using acceptable defaults and can be refined to considerable detail if necessary at any time. Controls on the player and remote are quite intuitive. This level of quality really requires the recommended Spears & Munsil disc to set up the visual display (the TV) for optimum performance. Last (but not necessarily least) I like its visual design.

Overview
Wanted a slightly more "modern" styled float than the usual and, surprisingly, this is all there is.
It is essentially equivalent in material, molding, and workmanship to the typical pool float but in a more compact size. It partly achieves this compactness by making the tablet holder only slightly greater in diameter than the tablet itself. However this chamber pulls down to allow multiple tablets to be accommodated.
The transparent, locking lid allows viewing of tablet condition even though it may accumulate some condensation on its underside.
Unlike the illustration the trademark "swimsafe" appears in grey rather than with the white lettering shown.

An excellent product. Burnished down it ...
An excellent product. Burnished down it will create a very tight paper bond. Be sure to replace the cap down until it "clicks" & it will stay fresh for at least a year.
