A Nova Chuck is a Necessity
If you turn, you probably already know you need a Nova (or other jaw-type) chuck. Nova has a good line of other jaw sets that can be used. The system is not cheap, but it works great. I turn bowls up to 12-13" with no problems. This is the second G3 in my arsenal, and third Nova chuck. You can get by with one, but if you get into turning, you will want a couple.

Excellent Balance between Armour, Weight, and Usability
My wife has had this cover on her Lg for two years and it looks exactly as it did when we put it on. She does change batteries, and the cover is not hard to remove and replace. It has a nice, tactile feel in the hand, and provides a superior grip. Yes, it does add thickness and it with it the phone does not slide into a pocket as easily, but the protection offered is worth the mild inconvenience. When the screen is flat on a table, it is elevated from the surface by about a millimeter, and the corners provide at least three mm of padding. When I got my phone, this cover was my next purchase.
