I received the tires and I mounted one on the rim without any problems. I have not mounted the second tire, but it appears to be in good condition.

A quality scope for a good price

It appears to be a good product. I have not field tested it yet, but it seems to be a good quality scope.

Combo 4 CFM 1/3HP Air Vacuum Pump HVAC + R134A Kit AC A/C Manifold Gauge Set

It did not read correctly.

The vacuum pump works good and the gauges are working ok. The gauge manifold could use better level indicator. I put the pump through vacuum and I later learned that one of my A/C lines has a hole in it. The gauge was reading that it was holding vacuum so I cannot say that it is a good product since it was not reading correctly. I have to check it again when I get and install the replacement a/c line to know if it really works.
