  I won an auction and paid immediately. Seller refused to send item, kept making excuses. She never contacted me, I always had to contact her. I played along but after almost four weeks I opened a case. She still would not send it. She said eBay was not paying her and would not sell here anymore. She then relisted auction items that did not sell. In the meantime, I lost out on a pair of glasses I could have bought from a legitimate seller. Buyer beware.
