Crimping is okay, but overall, it doesn't quite cut it.
Product does what it's supposed to but it's not the best quality tool. After using it to make 10 patch cables, the RJ 45 pass-thru cutter wouldn't make a clean cut through the 8 wires when crimping. I adjusted the cutting blade but there wasn't a noticeable difference. The diag cutter wasn't of very good quality either. I had to try several times in order to cut through wires after assembling a few keystone jacks and trimming the excess wires. The cutter can't hold an edge. All in all, you get what you pay for with this product. Since I only bought this to make all the necessary cabling for my home network, it serves it's purpose. If you're buying this to do much more than that, in the long run you're better off spending your money on a higher quality set of tools.

A beast of a battery!
previously bought a 2.5 Ah battery for a tool and quickly realized that it just doesn't have what it takes for my Hercules circular saw to cut through pressure treated 2x6's and 8's. I was getting 18 or so cuts through the boards before I'd put the battery on the charger for a few hours. I bought this 12 Ah battery and boy oh boy am I pleased! I just completely wiped out the rest of my wood pile (maybe 60 cuts or so) and still have 3 out of 4 green bars showing on the power/charge indicator! I could still make many more cuts before my charge runs out. This battery is a bit beastly looking. It's large and adds some weight to the tool but you get used to it. Overall, I'd say this is well worth the money.
