Tried to use Battery 2 out of 12 pack
1 of 3 found this helpful ...completely fell apart. Had to use a knife to unscrew part of plastic case from the collar receiver. Makes one pretty dubious of the quality of the other 10 batteries......false economy. Lesson learned; my dog deserves better and I’ll spend more for name brand.
