Precision
It is an excellent level, very well manufactured and very precise.

Quality
It is a very well balanced counterweight for different latitudes, especially the very low ones due to the flat part that allows a better lateral movement of the axis of the counterweight (RA) avoiding in the best possible way the friction with the legs of the tripod.
The quality of metal is excellent and the knobs are metallic. The knob bolt has a plastic stop at the tip and so does not scratch or mark the CW shaft when tightening in place

Exclusive Wonder
I think that production is already discontinued.
It is a beautiful, practical and complete telescope that is perfect for any age.
I am an amateur astronomer and I have several telescopes. Some manuals and others robotic (Go-To) but this Eclipseview 82mm from Meade, is an absolute wonder in miniature, a success in design by the Meade company and it will surely become a collector's item.
I am very happy with the acquisition and with the simple and effective handling of this miniature. Even, I was fortunate to observe a sunspot in days gone by, with the absolute tranquility of the solar filter that is included in the kit.
