    Item seems to be okay, haven't started to use it yet. The seller was very rude and unprofessional. Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!! I paid right away and it took them 5 days just to get my item shipped. I messaged a few times about it. They got annoyed and replied "if you're in that much of a hurry I can just cancel your order and you can go to the store and buy it." This is NOT what customer service should be. Buy from another seller!

    So, just to clarify… the item is perfectly fine, nothing is wrong with it, and you haven’t even used it yet, but you’re upset because it shipped in three business days instead of immediately? For the record, my handling time is clearly stated, and your order was shipped within that time frame. Messaging multiple times in a short span might have led to my totally reasonable suggestion—if speed was that much of a concern, a local store could’ve been the better option.Best of luck! Herhermic
