  The seller was personable and friendly and allowed for local pick-up, and credited the shipping cost back to me. The item appeared to be as described, except I later discovered that the original database software was missing for CD cataloging. I was able to download the software from a third party site, as the manufacturer could not help me with it. So far, the library has been building correctly after ripping the first 50 CD's. And the streaming services seem to be working with subscriptions.
