  I was distressed to see such an expensive microphone packaged so poorly. I would have given five stars because the shipping was fast and communication was swift but for someone who is clearly experienced with recording equipment, there is no excuse for this. It was loosely wrapped in an insufficient amount of bubble wrap and not enough packing materials so of course it came loose during shipping and was banging against the metal shockmount when it arrived. Stuff the box fully next time.
