Great item, but needs 15 psi or more to work properly

This item works great. Just change your pool eyeballs to smaller diameter if your pressure is below 15 psi or so. When you first set it up, open the valve for the long tail all the way and let water flush out any small plastic manufacturing debris that may be in there, and it should then swoosh back and forth like it is supposed to. Very pleaseed with the product!
