Affordable, no frills, pretty good product with medium life span.
Basically the thermometer is good. I am using couple of them in the last 10 years or so.
The product has two significant flaws: 1. the plastic that holds the thermometer in raised position always wears very fast, leaving it flimsy. 2. the temperature probe tends to fail after a year or two, especially when the electronic cord goes into the metallic part exposed to steam (which is not a rare case when one cooks...)
