Used in camp.
Used several times to cut hard wood while out camping. Does the job fairly well, light enough to backpack short distances (10 miles or less)? The weight is not designed for heavy cutting. You will need to sharpen but is usable.

I've used it several times while out hiking this winter for a hot cup of tea/coffee. Work well with the exception that the handles are a bit on the flimsy side. Fits well in a standard military cover with the newer style plastic canteen. Does what it's advertised to do. I have not used the lid as i don't carry it.
