Excellent product!

It works, but.....
1 of 2 found this helpful It works. But you would do better to save up a little extra money and purchase a 20S or the new 30X. My fellow riders complained of significant wind noise while in group mode. You can forget having phone conversations. You can hear fine, but the person in the other end just heard wind, even behind a full windshield with the foam mic cover on.
It's fine if it's just you and your passenger talking in intercom mode though. So again, if you're wanting to save money and it's just you and a passenger wanting to talk while riding, it's great. If you want to use it for phone calls or in larger groups, save up and get a 20S or 30X.

Quality components.
Great shocks, made a huge difference in the ride quality.
