Very nice, very thick
The price for a PAIR of port matched gaskets, free shipping and copper coated is what drew me in (thought I ordered the copper/aluminum ones).
About twice the size in width to a 1984 american penny. Feels like if I bend the gasket (like in half) too far, it will snap. Upon closer look, they look like the standard gaskets, coated with copper permatex.
To me it's worth it, as I've been having trouble finding port matched gaskets and the copper should form an awesome seal. Hopefully they last on my 66/80 China girl.
As far as packaging, the came in a plain envelope, taped to a piece of paper.
Just a suggestion, instead of being taped to paper, tape them to a thin piece of cardboard, to help further the protection of the product during the rigors of the mail room.
I will definitely order these again when I need to :)

Very pleased
2 of 2 found this helpful Overall very please with buyer and purchase. As a civillian, i do have a use for the speacialized tools, other than for just a blasting cap crimper and C4 punch, along with the various 'normal' tools. The DET seems to be very rugged with a military feel to it, almost feels like you're holding the stamped receiver of a world famous military rifle, that can barely hit the broad side of a barn at 200m. The half serrated knife seems to be sharper than a razor blade, so be cautious when handling the knife. The C4 punch feels as though it can take a bit of abuse, although, the feel of the placement of the punch will take a little bit of getting used to. I would very much recommend that you lightly oil the slide, buttons, knife and chennels between the various tools and wire cutters, with a penetrating spray, like, PB blaster, liquid wrench with silicone, or a simple weapons grade oil. Just wipe well after using a penetrating oil. This vendor has the item listed at a very nice price of $79, very well worth every bit of the money. Came as pictured, NIB, Gerber belt holder and it even had a cautionary statement from gerber saying something along the lines of "explosives can be dangerous if improperly used" and also an identification certificate from the manufacturer.
