  After I paid for the item, the seller messaged me and said it was going to cost more to ship safely. He requested I pay $45 directly to his Paypal account which would have put the total cost at almost new retail. He cancelled the sale with the false reason "Buyer asked to cancel". Truthfully, I asked him to honor the sale but he wasn't willing to without more money. Neg feedback and reporting seller to eBay would not have occurred if he was at least honest.
