Not simple to use.
User interface is difficult to use compared to my older Samsung. Getting in and out of apps is difficult. Of course way too many Tick Tock advertisements. Voice to text in messaging is on and off unusable or reliable. Without a case it is extremely unacceptably slippery to hold on to. Too many other quirks to remember or mention. If you want a simple phone this may not be it for an Android.

Unit does not fire even replacing with this part. But it seems to be working properly as it should. I may have other issues going on with gas valve etc. Item fits perfectly.
