Wii Fit: Great Alternative to Traditional Video Games
2 of 2 found this helpful Wii Fit is a great way to keep your children active while having fun at the same time. As more and more young people turn to video games to fill up their free time, it's important to find good alternatives like Wii Fit to make sure they don't become couch potatoes. I was reading an ebook called Get Your Kids off Video Games the other day, and found this excerpt:
"Are video games bad?
For the most part, no. Video games are fun and can actually be very challenging and stimulating. The trick is finding the right ones, and keeping game time balanced with non-entertainment activities. Many games are being introduced which attempt to break the mould of the stereo-typical video game genre.
One such game is Wii Fit for Nintendo Wii™. Wii Fit is all about making exercise fun and goal-driven. Players have to weigh in and have their body mass index (BMI) checked regularly for progress reports. There are dozens of games to choose from, and all focus on one or more areas of the body to exercise and/or stretch. Multi-player options allow players to compete for most push- ups or other workouts in a specified time. It’s been getting great reviews from parents who are relieved to have a productive game for their children to play."

Love this headset!
Pretty amazing headset. I've used the 600 series for years, and this is a definite upgrade. Hopefully it holds up, as Turtle Beach headsets tend to break after extended use.
