Sponge cleaning area
1 of 2 found this helpful The sponge was extremely thin would not absorb much moisture during a soldering session and the stand was very thin lightweight had to be secured down. Not too useful for holding your soldering iron. Thermostat dial extremely small but workable.

Not branded by Philips Norelco
I was expecting a Philips Norelco branded charging cord since the description of the item says Phillips Norelco charging cord. That is a slight deception in advertising and not appreciated.

Very high quality
Definitely is a deep conditioning product that requires a tiny amount thank goodness because it's fairly expensive. If the quality wasn't so good I would have rated it much less.
