Very good product, worth the money
Bought this on eBay, it was so cheapt that I didn't think it's going to work, but surprisingly it did, i managed to burn both 25GB and 50GB capacity discs without any rejections or breakdowns, I didn't mind the time it took to burn, which was quicker than my ultrium-1 drive anyway, overall very good product for writing on discs.

Good product, value for money, does what it says, nice zoom, works great on a PC and Ok on a MAC
The item works fine, plugged it into a PC and with the software installed it worked.
It's a shame that the CD that comes with it doesn't support AppleMac unlike what it says on the eBay advert, however the MAC can still access the camera using the built-in PHOTO app which is convenient.
The problem that I always found was the zoom and snapshot buttons, sadly they do absolutely nothing, I don't know if using the PC software would cause these to work, it would be better to have these always enabled if possible.
The zoom dial is good, however, it can be fiddly sometimes when trying to adjust and focus on a tiny object you could easily lose it due to the strength needed to move the dial.
The image quality is good, feels like it's zoomed digitally but it shows a great detail on the scanned object. the light comes in as an extra bonus which is great.
That said, the product is small and compact, great value for money, you can't argue with something bought under £20, good product overall.

Almost the best around even though it's not that new.
3 of 3 found this helpful To compare against all phones today, this phone is one of the best around, well apart from the fact that it has no camera of course, which I think it's the only difference between the 9300i and 9500i phones.
Very good phone, very useful, it's strength would be the FAX / Communication features available which all other phones (even today with my other SonyEricsson K800i cannot do), You can litterally, drive in your car talking on the phone and receiving an incoming FAX to the phone itself on the same SIM card (provided that you enable it's FAX's separate line from the providers, which is not a problem to my O2 network).
It's got WiFi, works pretty well, and with it's interface, if you are a developer, you can program it to be your swiss-knife if you like to take it around like your small / mini-PC.
DOwnsides: I find the mouse quite difficult to keep up with, also there is no camera with the phone, and stuglling to support 3G, but I guess all that should be fine.
Personally, I am a SonyEriccson-person myself, but only the 9300i does my day !.
