  Good quality crash bars at a very reasonable price, very well packaged. Ordered Saturday late afternoon, delivered before midday Thursday, 5 days from Poland to UK, fantastic service from Heed. Communication was great throughout and I would not hesitate purchasing from them again, I recommend them 100%. Thank you very much.

  The item was as described but not well packaged, so in transit received some scratches as it’s packaging was damaged. Also even though deep in the advert information regarding extra costs due to tax and VAT, was included it would be better if you could see this straight away. Seller was helpful when needing additional information.

  Bars look good but had to pay UPS an extra £45 for vat & admin. UPS delivery was useless & could not speak to anyone. First delivery should have been 3rd then they changed it to 5th stayed in all day no delivery then the changed it to 6th & they did delivery on that day. As said bars look good but not yet unpacked or fitted. Delivery not sellers problems & did expect to pay vat.

  Arrived quickly and very well packaged, no problem with the product in any way but please be aware that for delivery to UK HMRC charged via UPS me approx. £40 import duties which is a pain of brexit! However a great product, looks great, good quality, I've used Heed before and they are a great company to deal with.

  Der Versannd war wie gewohnt schnell und die Verpackung vorbildlich. Habe mit dem Händler und den Produkten durchweg sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Inzwischen habe ich meine zweite Reiseendure mit den Produkten von HEED ausgerüstet. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Eine sehr gute Alternative zu den bekannten Ausrüstern am Markt. Passgenauigkeit und Qualität sind auf einem hohen Niveau. Ich kann den Händler nur empfehlen.
