Decent but not perfect
I did both the windshield and back glass strips. The new replacements actually look pretty good on the car, and definitely better than 1966 Plymouth originals, but it’s not an exact replacement. The width of the new strip is probably about a 1/32 to 1/16 more narrowl. It will stay in the weatherstrip for the most part, but may have a loose fit. I put bits of butyl down to keep it from wiggling. Luckily my car is an indoor car. If it was an outdoor car I’d have concerns about how much pine needles and what not would collect in between the seal and strip. Needless to say, install was easy because of extra gap. Honestly, had it been the exact size, the install might’ve been a real bear to do.!
