Learning curve for me on crop sensor camera
0 of 2 found this helpful I have a Nikon D 7100 crop sensor camera and the lens came in excellent, excellent shape. If it were used prior to me having it, you would never notice. It looks like it came right off the factory assembly line period I will say however comma without vibration control zoomed all the way out to 200 millimeters made me have to learn how to use all of my manual settings comma and breathing techniques, and bracing myself with that monstrously large lens coming to prevent camera Shake while lowering my shutter speed to allow as much light as possible. I do not use a tripod or a monopod hardly ever. It ties me down when I try to rotate my camera from landscape to horizontal. All of that to say comma I have a big learning curve and I'm looking forward to this beautiful piece of lens to be the perfect match for me. I have a 10 run 70 to 300 with vibration control and I love it as well I just need to see which one to do best for me. And lowlight, yes this lens, in bright sunlight, I'll truly have to compare the two once the weather in California

Great lens...however...
0 of 1 found this helpful The lens itself is great. I own the same and a nikon mount. I just hate the 24-70 mm focal length in general.
It puts me too far way from my subjects except when shooting large groups. I feel disconnected from them. But...an essential lens to have for any pro or strong hobbyist photographer.

Make SURE you have .09mm or RCA female to .09mm audio cable
Works great; just got it today. Instructions were very clear and precise. Yet, it DOES state that you will need a (non-supplied) male to male .09mm audio cable (same size as cellphone earplug input jack) or a RCA female to .09mm male jack connector to connect your XBOX 360 to the wireless unit.
