Not exactly as represented
I bought this product as it was advertised as 40 x 60 and wanted to upgrade the one I already have which is 20 x 50. After receiving the scope in excellent time I compared it to my old one and sad to say except for the ease of focusing I don't believe this to be a 40x scope as the image in my 20x scope is slightly larger than the 40x. At best I'd say it's more in the 15-18x magnification range.
For the price I'll keep it as an extra, but don't over expect the capabilities of this scope.
