Excellent product
2 of 2 found this helpful Really great product if expensive for improving flexibility & assisting with those who may have joint pain either through exercise or just though ageing. I use this in conjunction with Drs Best type 1 & 3 collagen & works together very well I find it best taken on an empty stomach whilst resting so set an alarm for 4am to take 4 capsules with a drink of vitamin c & then return to sleep the type 1&3 I take 3 tablets 1st thing & last thing with excellent results try it & see if you agree!
