The item was received in poor shipping packaging, was listed as new but the product packaging was dirty and disgusting as if it had been thrown around on a kitchen floor. CARELESS seller. Never buying from this seller again, shouldn’t have purchased from an eBay store with 100+ negative reviews within 6 months, lesson learned the hard way.

I received only 11 glasses that were not in a packet. I contacted the seller who said he would send the correct item. However these have never arrived and no contact from the seller.
