    Great prices on laptops. However horrible communication, I messaged them Sep 20th and they never wrote back. I was asking about purchasing a charger since my laptop came without a charger I didn’t realize they came with out chargers. But then again that was my fault since I didn’t read the description on entirely. But would have been nice for them to write back and not left me unread. Funny thing is they lost money because my email was asking about me buying one.

    My laptop arrived very quickly, thankfully because my iPad had died and I needed the laptop for my business. It was very well packaged with bubble wrap and packing peanuts. The laptop is as described and runs absolutely great! You would think that it was a brand new laptop. Excellent service, beyond excellent value. I highly recommend this seller not only because they offer a quality product but because it is also a cause that I deeply support and believe in. They are tops.
