Al and all it has the potential to be great, it is sturdy and well designed, fits well and the pointer moves smoothly with the pixel ratio, but Mine purchased on April 2020 started messing up with the right click to the point i couldn't use it anymore, it sat on my trashcan until today when the garbage men pick the trash up. A shame it didn't even last me a year which for the price should have even been longer, my old reliable common HP is back and works a charm 5th year in a row., i will not buy this brand ever again.
Sounds good works good and fits a small environment needs without issues, the 4 stars is only because unbelievably in 2020 it doesnt have an on off switch.
I use it on my studio to route signal to my amp from 1 my producing PC and 2 my dj laptop soundcard.
Rockville APM8B 8" 2-Way 500W Active/Powered USB Studio Monitor Speakers Pair

Not perfect but works well with calibration
Bought them to add in my homestudio as a secondary pair of monitors specially because i needed to hear more bass, i have been using the Rockville AMS5 for 4 years now and they serve well, i wanted a second reference point and more bass but i must say the 8 inch ones here are now my mains they needed some calibration because its not near usable out of the box really at least dindt in my non treated room (its a rental), so i upt them thry SoundID by sonarworks and man it made a huge difference, the stereo image is way better than the AMS5 by far, clean bass response great spl keep them low unless you are farther from them or you will regret it overtime.
Solid buy if you just need a good ser of speakers for listening to music, gaming anything really, just mind you will need calibration most likely for them to respond better as studio monitors.
