Absolutely abysmal sound quality/dreadful 'remastering'
1 of 1 found this helpful I know these recordings very well, and on this collection their sound quality is butchered by the most egregiously incompetent remastering I have ever heard. Actively irritating & completely unlistenable. Words can not describe how bad this CD sounds.

Nice, but not all it could be.
4 of 5 found this helpful If you are trying to use your ThinkPad as a desktop machine, you'll naturally be attracted to this product, as it allows the computer to be remotely located, and yet allows you to use the TrackPoint mouse that you're used to.
Unfortunately, you'll be making errors constantly, because the layout of the keyboard differs significantly from the ones found on laptops such as the X200. Some of the keys that aren't 'where the should be' include Home, End, Page Up, and Page Down. This may be a big deal for some users, as these keys in their normal locations serve as cursor movement tools in some programs, with the cursor movement direction corresponding to their normal locations.
Lastly, the 'feel' of the keyboard is not the same as the one on the laptop, totally different tactile experience. Truly I wish they had simply put the laptop's keyboard in a remote USB enclosure. Well, until then, this will have to do, and is better than nothing!

Great device! Lousy directions.
Works flawlessly with the X200 and lets your ThinkPad plug in to the office and act like a desktop machine.
The only drawback are hideously inadequate instructions. I had to resort to a YouTube review of the product to find the undocking procedure, having found the pictograms on the instructions to be indecipherable.
