I RECOMMEND... IF YOU NEED IT, BUY THIS ONE!
1 of 1 found this helpful bETTER quality than some cheaper ones I have seen and used. I'd buy it again but this one seems like it will last longer than the original...18 years?

Product not for the UN-Expert
This product should have step by step instructions on how it can be used. I loaded the software and after about a half dozen attempts to use it over about 4 hours, I still have not been successful. I have been using various types of PCs for at least 40 years so it isn't that I have no experience. I use multiple pieces of MS Office quite proficiently as well as other types of photo and sound disc creation products so I am quite disappointed that I struggle to figure this product out.
I definitely would not recommend this product for anyone else. For me at this point in the adventure, I doubt that it is a good value. As far as quality goes, I have no idea how to judge it because I have not been able to produce anything from it. Therefore, I guess I can say it is not qood quality.
